Q

Blood is made up of two components -

A

Blood Cells
Plasma portion - fluid

Blood circulates around the body through arteries and veins collecting various chemical components for distribution and excretion. It is these chemical components that are analysed when performing biochemistry tests.

Q

What does a Centrifuge do? What sinks?

A

Separating blood contents by spinning the blood at a high speed.
