PROBABLY CAUSE must be had, or if it can’t be established right then and there, a WARRANT must be obtained. SCHOOLS HOWEVER ONLY NEED REASONABLE SUSPICION.

look, just because we didn’t explicitly write it down in the Constitution, doesn’t mean your rights are limited to these and you do have other rights!
