you have the right to own weapons

Soldiers can not be forced to live in your homes without permission

Citizens are protected from search and seizure unless authorities have probable cause and or a search warrant form a judge,

You need to be told what you are accused of when you are arrested
cant be tries twice for the same exact crime (double jeoparday)
you have the right to not take the stand at court (plead the fifth)
Private property can not be taken without being paid for.

What does the sixth amendment do
right to trail by jury within a reasonable amount of time and a fair jury.
What is the seventh amendment
Trial by jury(civil cases)
what does the seventh amendment do
Citizens are guaranteed a trial by jury in civil cases (case between two people)
In a civil case there is no jail time, the punishment is suing over money
The case has to be about an issue worth over $20 in value
