CONTINUE CHECKLIST EB-43 or ED-21
Low Fuel Pressure
- PEL - EXECUTE (TCCCBIP)
2. BOOST PUMP - ON
OBOGS System Malfunction
- PCL - ADVANCE
- OBOGS - CHECK (GANGLOAD)
If OBOGS FAIL annunciator remains illuminated: - OBOGS Inoperative procedure - EXECUTE
OBOGS Inoperative
- GREEN RING - PULL (AS REQUIRED)
- Descent below cabin altitude of 10,000 feet - INITIATE
- Disconnect main oxygen supplu hose from CRU-60
- OBOGS - OFF
- Land as soon as practical
Motoring Run Procedure
(Ask for external power)
- PCL - OFF

- Propeller Area - CLEAR
- STARTER switch - MANUAL FOR 20 SECONDS
Compressor Stalls
- PCL - SLOWLY RETARD BELOW STALL THRESHOLD
- DEFOG switch - ON
- PCL - SLOWLY ADVANCE (AS REQUIRED)
If power is sufficient: - PEL -EXECUTE
If insufficient: - PCL - OFF
- FIREWALL SHUTOFF handle - PULL
- Forced Landing or Eject
Fire in Flight
- PCL - OFF
- FIREWALL SHUTOFF HANDLE - PULL
If extinguished: - Forced landing - EXECUTE
If not extinguished or FL is impractical - Eject
If not confirmed: - PEL - EXECUTE
PMU Failure
- PCL - MINIMUM PRACTICAL FOR FLIGHT

Chip detector warning
- PCL - MINIMUM NECESSARY TO INTERCEPT ELP; AVOID UNNECESSARY PCL MOVEMENTS
- PEL - EXECUTE
Oil System Malfunction or Low Oil Pressure
If only amber OIL PX:
1. Terminate maneuver
2. Check oil pressure; if pressure is normal, continue operations
If red OIL PX and/or amber OIL PX remain illuminated for 5 seconds:
3. PCL - MINIMUM NECESSARY TO INTERCEPT ELP; AVOID UNNECESSARY PCL MOVEMENTS
4. PEL - EXECUTE
Immediate Airstart
- PCL - OFF
- STARTER SWITCH - AUTO/RESET
- PCL - IDLE, ABOVE 13% N_1
- Engine Instruments - MONITOR ITT, N_1, AND OIL PX
If Unsuccessful: - PCL - OFF
- FIREWALL SHUTOFF handle - PULL
- Execute FL or Eject
If successful: - PCL - AS REQUIRED AFTER N_1 REACHES IDLE RPM (67%)
- PEL - EXECUTE
CONTINUE CHECKLIST EE-21
PEL
TCCC (BIP for FUEL PX and Immediate Airstart)
- Turn to the nearest suitable
- Climb or accelerate to intercept ELP
- Gear, flaps, speed brake - UP
- Conduct a systematic check of the aircraft and instruments for additional signs of impending engine failure
- BOOST PUMP switch - AS REQUIRED
- IGNITION switch - AS REQUIRED
- Intercept ELP
Engine Failure During Flight
- ZOOM/GLIDE - 125 KNOTS (MINIMUM)
- PCL - OFF
- INTERCEPT ELP
- Airstart - ATTEMPT IF WARRANTED
If conditions do not warrant an airstart: - FIREWALL SHUTOFF handle - PULL
- Execute Forced Landing or Eject
