What is the Relative Airflow (RAF)?
A
- The relative direction and speed of the air before it is influenced by the presence of the A/C.
- Always equal and opposite to the flight path of the aircraft.

- Flow that cannot be compressed.
- Static pressure is exchanged for dynamic pressure to keep the total air pressure the same.

Fluid pressure is reduced as a result of the fluid passing through a constricted section of pipe

A
As the speed of the fluid increases over a curved surface, the static pressure of the fluid decreases.
