Grading for Dupuytren’s:
A
Grades 1 -3.
1=nodules only,
2 = peritendinous band that limits extension of the affected finger. Assess by hyperextension of fingers
3 = flexion contracture.

Dose and CTV for Dupuytren’s:
A
30Gy in 10#s, given as 15/5 (3Gy daily) separated by 6 weeks.
CTV
cords/nodules plus 1-2 cm margin
Alternatively cover the entire palmar fascia extending from distal edge of flexor retinactulum to or past the 1st digital creases,
