Feet in straps, legs parallel and addicted with knees flexed and ankles dorsiflexed (strap just above the knees)
Arms long but side and palms down

Inhale - to prepare
Exhale - press out
Inhale - return

- Feet in straps, heels together, toes apart.
- Legs laterally rotated with knees flexed and ankles dorsiflexed.
- Aram long by side of body, palms down

- feet in strap, legs medially rotated with knees flexed somewhat and ankles dorsiflexed, knees and toes are touching
- arms long by side of the body, palms down
