Yes, Animals and humans are the same we are simply more complex

What are the evaluation points for the behaviourist approach?
A
- Negative: Animal studies eg Skinner’s rats, how similar are we? can results be generalised?
- Negative: Environmental determinism, doesn’t take a holistic view and so has a limited explanation
- Positive is real-world application: phobias after little Albert study have been identified as environmentally caused and so psychologists can work to treat them
