behaviourist and social learning Flashcards
what is classical conditioning?
learning through association
what happens before conditioning?
the UCS produces a UCR and the NS produces nothing
what happens during conditioning?
the UCS and NS are paired together and a UCR is still produced
what happens after conditioning?
the UCS is removed, then NS now becomes the CS and produces a CR
what is operant conditioning?
learning through consequences
