Part 1: found that aspiration was eliminated significantly more with thick liquids versus chin down with thin, honey-thick reduced aspiration more than nectar thick

Part 2: long term effects over 3 months, honey thick liquids lead to a TWO FOLD increase in PNA, dehydration, longer hospitalization stays
