A plumb bob determines the vertical alignment and ensures that objects and structures are perfectly upright.
What is the difference between plumb and level?
Plumb means to be vertical and level means horizontal.
What is platform and balloon framing?
Platform framing builds each floor separately, while balloon framing uses continuous studs from the foundation to the roof
