  • 2% Lidocaine 2-3 hrs
  • 4% Septocaine 3-4 hrs
  • 0.5% Marcaine 6-10hrs
  • ST anesthesia lasts longer than hard tissue

  • Surgeon is to the right and front of patient
  • Dental chair tipped back
  • Max let quad, pt head is tipped toward surgeon
  • Max right quad, pt looking straight or tipped toward or away from surgeon
  • Ant teeth, straight ahead
