T- OD
H- tablet before bed (avoid postural hypo)
L- long-term
E- a week to see improvements
T- U&Es –> test kidney function before starting
I- dry cough, 1st dose hypotension, high potassium
C- AKI // preg/BF
S- check BP regularly

A
A- thyroxine replacement (metabolism enzyme)
T- OD
H- 30 mins before breakfast
L- lifelong
E- may take several weeks
T- TFT: 3wks –> 3-monthly –> annually once stable
I- ++levo: too hot; tremor; weight loss
–levo: too cold; constipation, weight gain
C- don’t take 2 a day // seek med attention if HR change
