typically a pearly nodule with rolled telangiectatic edge, on face or sun-exposed site
may have central ulcer

lesions appear as red scaly patches w raised smooth edge, often on the trunk or shoulders

excision
radiotherapy, photodynamic therapy, cryotherapy
