Give paper copies of how the child has been in the day as they may not be able to stay to talk. Make sure they can attend parents evening.
Limited resources.
Parents lack in resources such as finance this means travel may be hard along with communication online.

Show parents certain charities that can help with finance to improve resources.
Mistrust from families.
Some families may not trust the practitoners meaning they may not take the advice of them. Meaning development is delayed.

Reassure the family and let them know that they child is your main priority.
English as an additional language.
If a parent first language is not English they may nit understand the practitioner making it hard to communicate as they may become frustrated.

Use google translate.
Use basic English.
Parent with special educational needs or disabilities.
The parent may not have a way to get to the setting and could be embarrassed due to their disability. They may also get confused or frustrated.

Make them feel welcome and explain in clear ways.

Some parents may send their children to the setting and may have had bad experiences meaning they are reluctant to move forward.
