Describe Badische-Bergstrasse:
Smallest Bereich in Baden, it is a continuation of the Hessiche-Bergstrasse divided by political lines. Northernmost part of the Baden and still mostly planted to Müller-Thurgau.

A series of transverse valleys between the Rhine and the Schwarzwald that provide south-facing slopes in central Baden

Exemplary region of the Badisch style, this is the hottest area and Spätburgunder can reach 15% or higher in warm years. A local mountain range called the Totenkopf (Death’s Head) makes up most of the region.
