Management of Viridans streptococci?
(sensitive): Penicillin x 4 weeks IV
(resistant): Ampicillin + Gentamicin x 4 weeks
Management of Staphylococcus aureus or epidermidis?
(sensitive): Flucloxacillin x 4-6 weeks
(resistant): Vancomycin x 4 weeks
Management of HACEK?
ceftriaxone x 4 weeks
Management of Coxiella burnetii?
doxycycline + ciprofloxacin x 2-3 years
Management of Fungal IE?
Surgery + Antifungals
