A

olanzapine can be good to use instead of lorazepam if you want it to act for a longer amount of time. it also aids with weight gain, which is good in certain patients. it allows them to wake up less distressed.

A

maintain safety but limit extent of restriction. consider safe staffing levels and characteristics of staff if its a 1:1 coz you want to prevent triggering.
