Selecting plants with specific traits and reproducing them
what are some examples of things humans do to increase plant yield
using green houses using pesticides irrigation and using fertilizers .
what are potential negatives of selective breeding?
- could produce plants that all could die from a bad pest or disease. OR *could accidently produce super weeds
What is genetic engineering?
Adding genes (material in a cell for specific traits) to an organism to change its traits
