- Have a radio/ On-line /TV campaign for an artists – advertising campaigns

- Scouting for talent on-line and at live events
- Sign artists to record labels

- Developments of artists as they grow and mature – listen to CD’s, demos, video’s etc.
- Manage the recording process
- Help find songs appropriate for the artists to record and release
- Main point of contract for the artists and manager
- Locate a Producer to work with the artists/act
