Posterior wall of Axilla:
Lat. dorsi, teres major, and subscapularis mm.
Medial wall of Axilla:
Serratus anterior m.
Lateral wall of Axilla:
Intertubercular sulcus of humerus
Base of axilla:
Skin and fascia of armpit
Lymphatic drainage of Axilla:
Humeral nodes, Subscapular nodes, and Pectoral nodes -> Central nodes -> Apical nodes -> Supraclavicular nodes -> Right or Thoracic (Left) lymphatic duct
3 Parts of Axillary Artery (location and branches):
1st: Between 1st rib and pec minor; gives off Superior thoracic a.
2nd: Deep to pec minor; gives off thoracoacromial and lateral thoracic aa.
3rd: Between pec minor and teres major mm.; gives off subscapular, and anterior/posterior circumflex humeral aa.
Major N. of anterior arm. Innervates coracobrachialis, biceps, and 1/2 brachialis m.
Musculocutaneous N.
Major N. of anterior forearm.
Median N.
Major N. of the hand.
Ulnar n.
Innervates deltoid and teres minor mm.
Axillary N.
Major N. of posterior arm and forearm. Innervates this region and 1/2 brachialis m.
Radial N.
Dorsal Scapular n. (__) innervates:

Rhomboid and levator scapulae mm.
Long Thoracic n. (__) innervates:
C5-C7
Serratus anterior m.
