Can AOA be used for primary reference?
No. AOA may be used for reference, but does not replace airspeed as primary reference.
Where must the AOA band be showing on the takeoff roll?
AOA indication must be within white band once forward airspeed is attained during T/O roll.

What is a requirement of an RNP 0.3 RNAV approach?
The FMS APRCH annunciator must be illuminated & flight director must be coupled to the LNAV mode
