Q

At approximately what TQ will the red undercarriage warning and undercarriage handle lights illuminate.

A

15-20% TQ

A good gauge to approximate TQ setting to allow a reduction of speed for checks in IMC

Q

How will IRS failures be recognised?

Q

What should you do if you have IAC synchronisation errors on the ground?

A

Can try to force the IACs to sync through the initialisation pages in INITREF.

If this doesn’t sort it, the most likely cause is the radio load is different in the IACs (IACs can sometimes drop the load from memory). Try reloading the radio data from the DTD to both IACs, then try to SYNC again.

FMS STS/BIT page can help aid diagnosis.
