What is the primary method of communications between TFL’s and the ICP?
Department Administrative Radio System (DARS). DARS radios are 400 mhz UHF handheld radios. They do not interfere with transmissions of normally assigned HT’s.

What are alternate means of communications for task forces?
In this order of preference
- 800 Mhz radios
- cell phones
- Dept Radio (for emergencies in which direct communication with the borough dispatcher is necessary)

How should RRV task forces identify themselves?
Using the designation of the RRV assigned to the task force. (ex. Task Force 132 would include RRV 132)
Note: These designations are flexible

How shall members assigned within the task force communicate with each other?
Using their assigned unit designations
ex. RRV 132 to BFU 2
