Incorrect for PCB incident
A. Entrance into contaminated/suspected area shall be kept to a minimum
B. Deactivation of transformers shall be performed only by Con Ed Personnel or FD members when accompanied by Engineering Personnel
C. When ext fire, fog/foam shall be used for flammable liquids. Water shall be used for structural members
D. SCBA is mandatory even in areas of light smoke. Use until OIC confirms area is free of toxic gases
