What is referred to as “ tumbling the gyro “ of a attitude indicator
A
Trying to turn further than 60 degrees of bank the gyro will rub against the housing , and it can’t go any further, it has its own limits,
It’s going to take a few minutes to right itself.

What pump is the attitude indicator part of ?
A
Engine driven vacuum pump fails, we lose the attitude indicator / artificial horizon.

A
