What are the 4 types of attachment disorders?
What one is normal/abnormal?
- Secure
- Insecure avoidant
- Insecure ambivalent/resistance
- Disorganised (abnormal ~4%)

What is RAD?
What are the 2 types?
Reactive attachment disorder
Disinhibited - will show everyone an excessive amount of familiarity
Inhibited - doesn’t seek comfort in caregiver when threatened/alarmed
What are the common symptoms of RAD?
- Neglect
- Lack of smile/responsiveness
- Avoidance of stress
- Excessively friendly to healthcare workers
- Inconsolable
- Inability to form satisfying relationships with peers and adults - BIG ONE (helps to differentiate from other conditions)

Conduct disorder is the 2nd most common mental health condition in kids.
To be diagnosed you need to have 3/4 of the diagnostic criteria in the last 12 months or 1 present in the last 6 months. What are the diagnostic criteria?
- Aggression to people/animals
- Destruction of property
- Deceitfulness or theft
- Serious violation of rules
How can you differentiate RAD from conduct disorder?
Those with conduct disorder are able to form some satisfying relationships with peers and adults
What is the triad of ADHD?
- Inattention
- Hyperactivity
- Impulsivity
What is the drug used in ADHD after CBT and group therapy?
Methylphenidate
