What are diuretics used for?
A
Used to reduce hypertension by increasing the production of urine (lowers volume of fluid in blood, hence lowers BP)

What are ACE inhibitors used for?
A
Used to lower hypertension by reducing angiotensin II. This allows vasodilation to decrease BP.

What is atopy?
A
Excessive levels of IgE in body, which can cause asthma, eczema, and hayfever (atopic triangle)

A
Lung cancer, bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, heart disease
