Upper motor neuron disease (damage to brain and upper spinal cord)

Lower motor neurons disease (damage to the lower spinal cord)

How are Plantar Reflexes tested?
With a pointed (but not sharp) object, such as the handle end of the reflex hammer or the rounded end of bandage scissors
