Assessment biological section includes:
medical history, developmental history, current medications, substance abuse history, and family history of medical illnesses
Assessment psychological section includes:
client’s present psychiatric illness or symptoms, history of the current psychiatric illness or symptoms, past or current psychosocial stressors, and mental status
Assessment social section includes:
Included are sexual identity issues or concerns, personal history, family of origin history, support system, abuse history, education, legal history, marital/relationship status and concerns, work history, and risks.

Appearance, Orientation, speech pattern, Affect/mood, Impulsive/potential for harm, Judgement/insight, Thought process/reality testing, and Intellectual functioning/memory

Lymphatic System
The lymphatic system is also a defense system for the body. It filters out organisms that cause disease, produces white blood cells, and generates disease-fighting antibodies. It also distributes fluids and nutrients in the body and drains excess fluids and protein so that tissues do not swell.
Contraindicated
not recommended or safe to use (a medication or treatment that is contraindicated would not be prescribed because it could have serious consequences)
Hypomanic
elevated, expansive, or irritable mood that is less severe than full-blown manic symptoms (not severe enough to interfere with functioning and not accompanied by psychotic symptoms)
Somatization
the unconscious process by which psychological distress is expressed as physical symptoms.
