What are the elements for (1)(a)?
With intent to rob any person;
(a)- causes GBH to that person or any other person;
What are the elements for (1)(b)?
With intent to rob any person
(b) - being armed with any offensive weapon or any
instrument or anything appearing to be such a
weapon or instrument.

(c) - being together with any other person or persons,
assaults that person or any other person.

- Assaults anyone
- With intent to Rob
This is a charge to use if the aggravating features are not used.

Means to intentionally apply or attempts to apply force to a person of another, directly or indirectly, or threatening by any act or gesture to apply such force to a person of another, if the person making the threat causes the other person to believe on reasonable grounds that he or she has the ability to effect his or her purpose, ant to assault has a corresponding meaning.
