1st: Oral steriods - due to inflammatory reaction
1b: Azole: Itraconazole
1c. Environment; no gardening - soil +compost, treat damp/water problems in house.

What are the findings on HR CT of sinuses in aspergillus infections?
A
Invasive aspergillosis: suggestive of aggressive infection.
Aspergilloma: paranasal sinuses may reveal space-occupying lesions without bone erosion.
