How does aspergilliosis present
A
Immunosuppressed
* invasive pulmonary infection
* usually with fever, cough, and chest pain.
* Infection may disseminate to other organs, including brain, skin and bone
Immunocompetent
* Localized pulmonary infection in people with underlying lung disease
* Allergic bronchopulmonary disease
* Allergic sinusitis.
