No this is not a good way for deaf people to be able to communicate because people have lisps or hair and some words cant be lip read

No this is very very rude to being talking and not signing in front of deaf people
What are the do’s and donts of fingerspeliing
Keep your hand just below your chin and over to your shoulder.
Keep your elbow down and close to your body, with your arm relaxed.
DO NOT BOUNCE YOUR HAND/LETTERS.
Do not move your hand horizontally.
Do not look at your hand while fingerspelling.
