A
lymph nodes. lymphadenopathy indicates - infection, malignancy, sarcoidosis

assess the posterior chest
A
repeat inspection, chest expansion, percussion and auscultation on posterior chest.
examine for sacral oedema

when examining the legs what do you do
A
look for pitting oedema, assess the calves for signs of DVT, insect for evidence of erythema nodosum (sarcoidosis)
