Mainly stepwise movement around a few central pitches.
Melody based on a 2-bar-motif which is repeated 3 times.
0.43- same melody with different lyrics but guitar chords have been added.
2.26- different melody and softer dynamics create contrast.

Harmony and tonality

Restricted number of major/minor triads are formed into repeated patterns.
Dissonance is created by adding extra notes to basic chords- “never been satisfied” there is an E7 chord with both the major 3rd (G#) and minor 3rd present.
Lead guitar riff which mainly oscillates in quavers between D# and B.
B major but finishes in E major.
