A

-the victims safety and well-being are paramount.
-the primary objective is the physical, sexual, safety and mental health.
-the secondary objective is trace evidence.

A

-contact on call medical practitioner.

Adult interviews

A

Level 3 interviewer.
An NCO can authorize an interview by a competent level 1 or 2 interviewer.

Advantages
- greater quality/quantity of information
- minimizing trauma
- reducing contamination by the interviewer
- providing a means for the interviewer to refresh their memory
