Yes, based on special or operational needs.

They can transfer to an open patrol position, the officer can choose between area command with open positions.
Who designates which positions are open?
Patrol Deputy Chief.
Who governs a one to one swap in area commands.

How long can a leave slip be submitted prior to the scheduled leave?
6 months.
If approved in ESS, can another employee, even if senior, supersede the already approved leave?
Once approved by a supervisor no other leave can supersede the approved leave.
How many hours can an employee bid for during a vacation bid?
280 hours over 3 separate bid processes.
How many hours can an employee bid during the 1st block?
160 hours up to 4 separate blocks of time.
How many hours can an employee bid during the 2nd block?
80 hours up to 2 separate blocks of time.
How many hours can an employee bid during the 3rd block?
40 hours up to 1 block of time.
