1. Utilized to supplement 4-person companies at specific stations due to call volume
2. When staffed, the Station shall have a Captain and Lieutenant assigned on each shift.
3. No dispatch or utilization of 2-person crew at structure fires… except:
   
   • Unusual circumstances: crews can perform rescue ops if they encounter life-threatening situations and they have arrived prior to any other company.
