What is the difference between additive and subtractive color mixing?
Subtractive color mixing means that colors get darker when you mix two of them together while additive means that they become closer to white or lighter when mixed.

What is a complimentary color?
A complimentary color is one that is opposite of another on the color wheel.
What is an analogous color?
An analogous color is one that is next to another color on the color wheel.
What is the difference between tint and shade?
Tint is when you add white to a color to make it lighter while shade is when you add black to a color to make it darker.
What is saturation?
Saturation is how intense a color is and can be based off of how much pigment is in a color.
What is the purpose of using lines within a piece?
Lines within a piece can indicate movement, height, energy, and space.
What is the purpose of shape and form within a piece?
Shape and form within a piece define how an object exists within a space and can be 2 dimensional or 3 dimensional.
