BE, KNOW, DO are both the attributes and the competencies that a leader represents

What are the definitions of each of the Leader Attributes?
Character - The moral and ethical qualities a leader has
Presence - How the leader presents themselves and how others see them
Intellect - The mental and social abilities the leader will use while they lead

Leads - The leader provides purpose, direction and motivation
Develops - When the leader develops themselves and their subordinates
