When does enrollment in the Army Body Composition Program begin?
Enrollment in the ABCP starts on the da that the Soldier is notified by the unit commander (or designee) that he or she has been entered into the program.
How often should soldiers in the ABCP weigh in?
Approximately every 30 days or every unit assembly for RCs not on active duty.
What is considered a safely attainable goal that enables soldiers to lose excess body fat and meet body fat standards and is considered to be making satisfactory progress?
3-8 pounds a month or 1% body fat.
