Advised Arm back in 2016 during its takeover by Softbank.
Then in 2018, advised them on an establishment of a joint venture for Arm’s semiconductor technology in China.
Most recently, advised Arm on its IPO on the Nasdaq.

A
1) Advised on the preliminary IPO structuring considerations, including as to the most appropriate listing venue
2) Advised Arm on the issue of the shares and the structure of its shareholding, involved Softbank retaining its position
3) Advised Arm on its tax structuring (incl in relation to stamp duty reserve tax)
