D broke into V’s house, D1 covered V’s mouth whilst D2 took jewellery, before they left, they tied V up
THEFT WAS STILL ONGOING AND THEY HAD USED FORCE AT THE TIME OF THEFT

D caught stealing cans of beer, D used force to escape shop and argued theft was complete when he did so
