Treatment timing of orthodontic cases:
Immediately
During the primary dentition.
During the early mixed dentition (after eruption of the first permanent molars and incisors).
During the late mixed dentition prior to pubertal growth spurt.
Immediately following the eruption of the permanent second molars.

- chronic vs active hepatitis
- Alcohism
- active: HbsAg positive less than 6 ms
- ## alcoholism: avoid OPIOIDs
