What is PDSA?

A

The PDSA cycle is used by organizations as a method for the control and continuous improvement of processes.
Plan - identify an opportunity for change and set goals
Do - implement the plan whilst collecting data
Study - review the outcome and analyze results
Act - take action from what you have learned during the study step, including adapting the change.
