Signs and symptoms of prostate cancer
1) needing to pee more frequently - often ruin the night
2) needing to rush t the toilet
3) difficulty starting to pee (hesitancy)
4) straining or taking a long time while peeing
5) weak flow
6) feeling that your bladder hasn’t fully emptied
7) blood in urine or semen
Types of prostate cancer»_space;> acinar adenocarcinoma
Adenocarcinomas are cancers that develop in the gland cells that line the prostate gland. They are the most common type of prostate cancer. Nearly everyone with prostate cancer has this type.
Types of prostate cancer»_space;> ductal adenocarcinoma
This starts in the cells that line the ducts of the prostate gland. It tends to grow and spread more quickly than acinar adenocarcinomas.
Types of prostate cancers»_space;> transitional cell cancer
Starts in the cells that line the tube carrying urine to the outside of the body. This type of cancer usually starts in the bladder and spreads into the prostate. But rarely it can start in the prostate and may spread into the bladder entrance and nearby tissues.

These cancers develop from flat cells that cover the prostate. They tend to grow and spread more quickly than adenocarcinoma of the prostate.

This is made up of small round cells. It is a type of neuroendocrine cancer.
