A
  • interrogation technique = accusation, guilt presumptive, purpose is to gain a confession
  • step one and nine are always in a fixed order 2-8 can vary
  • step one = direct confrontation
  • step nine = documentation of confession e.g., signed
  • other aspects = never allow to deny guilt, reinforce sincerity
