What is the maximum speed of any vehicle during an emergency response?
The maximum speed shall not exceed 15 mph above the posted speed limit except on a limited access highway where the maximum speed shabby 80 mph. All maximum speeds are governed by “due regard.“

5 mph prior to proceeding through any stop sign or traffic signal reflecting red.

The maximum speed through any traffic controlled intersection shall be the speed limit of the street traveled. 
What is the maximum speed when responding through an intersection with the right of way?
When traveling through an intersection with the right of way, the speed of the responding apparatus shall be no more than 30 mph.
What shall a vehicle that is responding priority one do when encountering an unguarded railroad crossing?
All responding vehicles shall come to a complete stop when responding through in unguarded railway.
Under no circumstances shall any FRD vehicle proceed around gates that are closed at a railway crossing.

Priority 2 unless otherwise indicated or directed.
