I have an associates in general studies at Mt.Hood CC, A Bachelors at Oregon State majoring in computer science and minoring in business and am a certified by Google in Data Analytics. I have also interned with companies where we utilized a agile development.

Apollo Mechanic was founded by Bruce Ratchford in 1981. You guys are mechanical contractors that provide a wide variety of services across multiple sectors such as HVAC plumbing sheet metal and construction. Im drawn into the fact that the company creates huge impacts on communities.
Why do you want to be a project engineer
I want to be a project engineer because I
want to combine technical knowledge with project management skills. My experience as a developer taught me the value of structured, collaborative work, and I enjoy the challenge of coordinating different moving parts to create a final product that meets client expectations.
What are you professional goals
My goal is to make a significant impact at a community whether that be the general public or company. This is how I find job satisfaction. In the future id like to move into a project management role
How do you handle multiple things at once?
Time management and organization are the most important aspects of handling multiple things. You should organize tasks in accordance to importants and allocate time a acordingly
What skills are essential for a project engineer
To be successful you need a wide range of skills. You need administrative skills for managing projects and meeting deadlines, interpersonal skills for team building and communication.
How do you begin a project
Well planning a project requires carful planning, organization and communication.
I would need to get an understanding of the project scope and objective going over requirements, specifications and client expectations
Next I would need to define tasks to create a work schedule setting deadlines.
After that coordinate with team members to assign tasks.
Lastly monitor and make updates to the project if needed.
Can you describe your experience managing a project?
In relation to construction I dont have any. But during my internship at agbiz logic i was exposed to agile scrum methodology. I assisted with creating kanban style board tasks for sprints
What is agile development?
Agile development is a iterative approach to project management that focuses on collaboration and continuous improvement. In this framework we break down the projects into sprints which are speicif deliverables
How would you handle unexpected changes in a project.
Well first I would assess the impact it would have overall such as time, budget and resources. Then I would notify key stakeholders or management about the issues providing a alternative approach or updated schedule
